SOFT SHOULDER - "People Problems" 7" - OUT NOW!

Two brand new tracks of skuzzy no-wave punk, raw recordings from a brand new
line-up. There will be an upcoming lathe 7" following this single, and an LP this fall,
after that, tentatively titled: "People Patterns". Soft Shoulder has been operating here
in AZ since late 2005; highly active at some times and hiding dormant for extended
periods at others, they have played with just about every band that falls in a similar
domain on their way through town, at some point or another. With random releases
on Not Not Fun, Arbor, Isolated Now Waves, etc: I'm glad it's time for the outside
world to get another small dose.

There is a new JAMES FELLA C-62 cassette out, "Weak Left Input", recorded / released to
coincide with some recent west coast tours with Stephen Steinbrink. Available via the distro

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

WOUNDED LION - "Creatures in the Cave" 7" is now out of print, though distros and distributors
definitely still have some. Revolver is doing mailorder again, so that would be a great place to try
and grab these, and possibly other out of print Gilgongo releases from.

STEPHEN STIENBRNK and JAMES FELLA will be playing some southern California shows 2/12-
2/16. Check either artists' myspace for info, as it's still getting solifidied. PIGEON RELIGION will
be heading to SXSW in mid march, and it looks like the shows they'll be playing are going to be
amongst the best happening that week,... that is if your forte is overblown bummer punk.
