REGARDING MAILORDER... Gilgongo is a one human being operation, and therefore, in an effort to save sanity, "usually" operates like this: orders placed Tuesday through Thursday are packed on Thursday and mailed on Friday. orders placed Friday through Monday are packed on Monday and mailed on Tuesday. These things are then bungee'd to my scooter or shoved in a bag, and mailed in person at the office where my box is. (Meaning: if you live overseas, I can at least provide you with a scan or the receipt to show it was sent in the event a package goes missing somewhere along the way). All Gilgongo releases have a price that includes the shipping. If you're getting items from the distro, if the total is $25 or above, shipping is free. In both of these cases, that would be within the United States only, and via media mail, which generally takes 7-10 business days, though on a rare occasion a few days more. (If you're only getting one 7" or CD, it will actually be sent First Class: when a package is that light, it's actually cheaper). If for some reason this is not okay, just get in touch before ordering. International orders are all sent via First Class International, which despite the name, is actually the cheapest method of shipping at the moment. Generally speaking, if you are just getting one CD or 7", this will cost an additional $4. If you are just getting one LP, this will cost an additional $12. STORES / DISTRIBUTION... In the United States / North America: Gilgongo releases are distributed to stores by: REVOLVER USA. In the United Kingdom / Europe: Gilgongo releases are distributed to stores by: FORTE MUSIC DISTRIBUTION. If you're a person, or "customer", most independent record stores can special order from these places for you.
